Hanneke Loefs-Mos, EMFC

Hanneke is the owner of OLCAMA. With over 20 years of (management) experience in a variety of organizations, she brings a broad perspective on business operations. Her focus lies in optimizing the internal organization as a foundation for growth or transitions.

Her professional career began as a Financial Controller and Project Manager Six Sigma at Schiphol Group. Later, until the summer of 2020, she served as CFO(O) at Laevo Exoskeletons. Since then, she has been working as an independent consultant, advising SME executives and investors with solutions tailored to their specific goals and needs. She has advised companies such as Eyewish opticiens, HBM Machines en GITP.

With a dynamic personality, she easily navigates between different layers and departments within an organization, quickly identifying bottlenecks.

She is active in various networks and communities to stay updated on the latest developments and appear in several podcasts and opinions. Since 2025, partner of Raise (Raise.nl), facilitating growth through team collaboration. You can find more about this on the blog and media page.
